「Kz-arita」は
伝統工芸である有田焼の優れた技術を継承する福泉窯(arita)と
メガネから人工心臓まで、幅広いデザインを手がけている
デザインディレクター川崎和男(Kz)とのコラボレーションによる。
2009年にスタートした新しいブランドです。
「Kz-arita」は伝統工芸にデザイン手法を導入し、
その革新を目指します。
“Kz-arita” is a new brand which started in 2009 as
collaboration of Fukusen Kiln which is the representative kiln of Arita ware
and the design director, Kazuo Kawasaki who has been
designing in broad areas from glasses even to artificial hearts.
This brand introduces the design technique into traditional handicrafts, and aims at the innovation.
陶磁器表現に革新性をねらい
磁器表面処理としてプラチナ釉薬によるデザイン技法を開発。
ミラーリング反射効果＝Anamorphosis的表現を実現。

This innovative coffee cup set has realized anamorphosis
expression by reflection of graphic part of the inner
saucer in the surface of the cup which was treated with the new technology of platinum glaze.

Kz-arita Stick is based on ergonomic design with
traditional techniques and advanced medical design.
This stick achieved a perfect balance among traditional

premium wood, arranging Arita ware between shaft and

efficacy which past stick missed .

producer) Fukusen Kiln creates product which happiness lives in their products because of
the ambition of Fukuda Kunio who was the founder of Fukusen Kiln.
